Our Philosophy

Tennis is a game of position. Where you are on the court determines the shots you should play, and our training reflects this principle. Each day of the week focuses on a specific area of the court, building your skills step by step until you can seamlessly transition between positions and dominate every point.

Tuesday: Inside the Baseline

Move forward and take control of the point. Work on approach shots and setting up offensive opportunities to put pressure on your opponent.

Wednesday: Approach Shots & Volleys

Master the art of moving forward and finishing points at the net. Develop precision with your volleys and learn to close out points with confidence.

Monday: Behind the Baseline

Learn to control the point with deep, spin-heavy shots and defensive play. Focus on consistency, depth, and height to keep your opponent on their toes.

Thursday: Net Play & Overhead Smashes

Perfect your aggressive net game. Practice volleys, overhead smashes, and quick reflexes to dominate the front court.

Friday: Live Play & Tournament Prep

Put it all together in intense match simulations and live play. Focus on strategy, mental toughness, and adapting to your opponent’s game.
